Change Font Formatt in Microsoft Office Word
Here are the steps:
1. Changing Font Style:
o Select Text: First, highlight the text you want to modify. You can select a single word by double-clicking it or an entire line by clicking to the left of it.
o Font Dropdown: On the Home tab, click the drop-down arrow next to the Font box. A menu of font styles will appear.
o Choose Font: Select the font style you want to use.
2. Formatting Options:
o Font Size: Adjust the font size using the font size box or the shrink and grow commands.
o Font Color: Change the font color to emphasize specific text.
o Bold, Italic, and Underline: Use these commands to emphasize or format text.

3. Custom Styles:
o You can create custom styles to maintain consistency throughout your document. To do this:
Right-click any style in the Styles gallery on the Home tab.
Click Modify to make formatting changes such as font style, size, color, alignment, line spacing, or indentation.
