Dear Dean Maka;

I am Jet Hady who is an official in the International Relations Office of  the Secretarial General of the Senate in Kingdom of England. I am currently taking course at Harward University in college of Public Administration as PHD Student. I am writing to recommend a program extension of my study for one year due to my degree requirements have not completed and I expect to complete it on January 24, 2018.

Presently, I have already published two papers for my major but I have not completed my thesis and one more publishable paper yet, so I need more time to research and finish all of them. In fact, I have been leaving campus to do my research in my country and I need to travel to some provinces to take the information that relates with my research. However, due to this extension, I am determined all my best to complete all entire thesis and a publishable paper by 2018.
